Mentoring is designed for young people navigating adult expectations, education or employment decisions, confidence, communication, routines, and personal responsibility.

Parents & guardians
A responsible family pathway
Support for a young person begins with clear expectations and appropriate consent.
Clients age 18 and older can inquire directly. For anyone under 18, NEFF requires an initial parent or guardian meeting and signed consent before coaching begins.
The public website does not ask minors to submit personal or sensitive details. A parent or guardian should make the initial inquiry for a client under 18.
